This is beautiful Parque Central across from the hospital downtown. This is only a small portion of the park which is clean and full of beautiful flowers and sculptured stone seats and walls.

Dia Dos - Ciudad Colon - Downtown

Here we are on one of the side streets of Ciudad Colon. We weren't sure if this was a house or a business, care to guess? This was surrounded by a chain link fence and entry. Cars and junk were stored across from it with a roof cover just like this. Notice the tables for "eating", stone fireplace, wild. The best part was the 3 geese that kept honking at Don as he was taking the picture.

Dia Dos - Ciudad Colon - Homestead

This is the view of the mountains from our balconies and, as soon as Don gets the camera figured out, you will be able to see a beautiful view of the valleys and mountains in the distance.
The beautiful senore below that Don is chasing up the gravel road from Ciudad Colon is Sharon! It is about a 15 minute walk up a very steep and gravely road and it is the route we take to shopping and to the bus stop to points beyond.

OK!, I'll get to work.

At this time it's appropriate that we tell you we leave for CR (Costa Rica) in three days and as usual, Sharon is almost ready to leave while, Don has yet to consider what he'll take along other than swim suit, new camera, computer and passport.
Here's the thing; with the exception of Trish and Henry's, home, I have all my currant customer's jobs completed and now I can focus on readying myself. Thank goodness, because things are changing by the minute now as we get closer to our leaving.
