In 2006 we made our first trip to Costa Rica and fell in love! So much so that we purchased two pieces of
property! Both with outrageous ocean
views! When we returned many years later
to retire, we decided to build on the property that was almost 10 acres,
including a coffee finca, hoping for a
little extra income. Unfortunately, the "little extra income" has not panned out! We thought that at
some point we would build a house we could use as an exchange house for travel
or a rental on the smaller property. As time
has passed, we have become too busy and financially unable to build and have decided to sell to someone who would love the view and location as
much as we do. The view includes the Nicoya
Peninsula, Nicoya Bay and the Pacific!
The property is a little less than 2 acres, with electric, internet
and water readily available in a gated community. Very little grading would be required for a
building site and currently, there are a number of beautiful homes built there
with more to come. The elevation is
approximately 665 meters, the home of many birds, including the incredible
Toucans, and a sprinkling of monkeys and other local wildlife. It is located in the Central Valley where the
temperatures are perfect year round—never too hot or too cold. The property can be reached via the back way
through Rio Jesus or directly off the Panamerican Highway also known as the Pista. Centrally located, approximately 1 hour from
the Santamaria Airport in Alajuiela and a short 10 or 15 minute
drive west of San Ramon on the Pista.
Although the photos are lacking the incredible beauty of the vista, we
are happy to answer questions or show you around.
