Day 23 - Mariposa Farm

Today we were in San Ramon and took a walk out the highway to a Butterfly Farm. It was a bit of a hike but well worth the effort. We are truly breaking Dan & Phyllis in to our way of life here, riding on buses and lots of walking!!

There was a lady that showed us around and explained the life of a butterfly. It takes three months for the little green egg to become a butterfly and it only lives for two!! How's that for a bit of perspective on your life??
Here the cocoons are hanging and slowly they each hatch a beautiful butterfly!!

Hello!
This has been fun; Costa Rica is a real trip.
Sharon and I haven't been able to arrange for the blog due to circumstances which we could have avoided. This morning, our doctor's visits and all behind, hopefully, we'll yet go down to Claudio's (cafe/net) to blog.

I don't think I've ever seen so much to see; does that make any sense at all? You know in the USA our homeless live under bridges sometimes, well, here that bridge living is carried to a new level.
Friends forever, Don and Sharon
